Pre-Designed Templates
If you choose a pre-designed template from the shop, you will only be able to have the wording changed to suit your event. Some of the pre-designed templates will also have colour variations for you to choose from. You will be able to select from a list of fonts to suit your taste and you may choose a different coloured envelope for instance. If you require any further changes, this will be considered a custom design and you will be required to pay a one-off fee of $60.00
To Print or not to Print
You may choose to do your own printing on your home or office printer or take the file to your local printing lab to have printed professionally. Most of the invitations are available as high resolution digital PDF files for you to simply download and print.
When you purchase the digital file and have provided all of the information required for your invitation in the shopping cart, your invitation will be prepared. You will be sent a smaller, sample proof via e-mail to check for spelling etc, then on receiving your reply e-mail that everything is ok, you will be sent the final invitation file via e-mail as a high resolution jpg. The size of the digital invitation is 4 x 6 inches and fits into a C6 envelope. Please refer to Pixel Occasions Guide to DIY Printable Invitations
About the Invitations Pixel Occasions will be printing
These invitations come in sets of 5 and start @ $2.25 and you will receive:-
- 5 x A6 size invitations printed onto your choice of card stock [Matte, Linen Texture or Glossy]
- 5 x envelopes
- Customised wording and choice of fonts
- One round of digital proofing via e-mail.
Optional extras which you may select upon ordering in the shopping cart are:
- Magnetic Strip on back of invitation which enables them to be stuck to the fridge @15cents per invite
- Matching RSVP Postcards @ $1.70 each printed onto plain card stock.
- Matching Folded Thank You Cards printed onto white card, blank inside, with white envelopes @ $2.00.
- Extra coloured card mount (if you choose this option the blue border which is part of the design will not be printed on the invitation. The invitation will be mounted onto blue card instead @ 0.10 cents per invitation.
- Matching Designed Address Labels (Blank) you write on guest names and addresses) @ 0.20 cents per label, typed guest names and addresses @ 0.30 cents per label.
- Matching Return Address on back of envelope with your name and address typed @ 0.25 cents per label
The prices for these optional extras are automatically calculated for in sets [5 invitations]. If you order more than 1 set with these extras, the shopping cart will also automatically update your order accurately. You will be able to check the total before processing in Paypal or Bank Transfer.
About the papers
Epson Matte paper which has a slight texture is the thickness of thin card and produces outstanding quality prints which are bright and vibrant with a smooth, matte finish. Glossy card stock for lovely, shiny prints. White Linen Texture has a lovely surface grain in the card and prints well. Colours are slightly duller.
The procedure
- In the Shopping Cart you will make your selections and provide the required information in order for the design of your invitation to begin.
- Once your payment has been approved, you will also be able to download a file with a selection of fonts for your consideration.
- You will notify by e-mail lesley@pixeloccasions.com of your chosen font if different from the font in the shop examples.
- You will receive one digital sample via e-mail where you will review, check and thoroughly proof read your designed invitation, R.S.V.P postcards, thank you cards.
- After your final checking and proof reading and I receive your approval to print your invites, the preparation of your invites will begin where no changes can be made.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your invitations to be printed, packaged and to arrive safely on your doorstep. PLEASE REFER TO PIXEL OCCASIONS SHOP POLICIES before going ahead with your order
